A range of milk, butter, yogurts, creams and cheeses. We’re a supplier of everything from skimmed, semi-skimmed and whole milk and even goat’s milk if you need. We supply loads of butter, margarine – salted and unsalted, in portions or blocks, as well as a range of yogurt in a variety of flavors. We also have a range of creams, from single cream to whipping cream, double cream, as well as a big variety of cheese, from mature Cheddar to Italian mozzarella to Dutch Gouda and German Emmentaler.
We try to encourage everyone to buy fresh, cook fresh and eat fresh wherever possible, but we know that a good kitchen wouldn’t be complete without a well-stocked larder full of all those tins, cans and jars that are useful every now and then.
That’s why we stock a range of food products to fill this need – from essentials such as oils and vinegars, to dry goods such as pasta, rice, salt, sugar and spices.

Due to the varied nature of the hotel business, we find that many our customers have specific requirements for more unusual items such as exotic and uncommon varieties of fruit and vegetables. As a specialist greengrocer, we are able to supply more than 1,000 different types of fruit and vegetable to cater to every need.
We source the highest quality fresh produce for supply to our customers and our strong relationships with growers, makers and dairy farmers ensure transparency, authenticity and food safety.
We’re proud to be a non-corporate business that haven’t forgotten our roots and still represent the same passion for quality, service and values that we were built on and that our customers can rely on – whether they’re a large, nationally-operating resort group or a small, independent local restaurant.
Our fleet of refrigerated trucks and vans and a team of around 50 people to distribute our range of products to the resorts and the local market 7 days a week. The scale of our operation these days means that the food we supply around the Maldives ends up on thousands of plates every day!
It’s well known that consumers like to know where the food they eat comes from, and our commitment to a fully traceable supply chain also means that FINO can provide information regarding food provenance to assist with menu descriptions.
We also know a thing or two about fresh produce and seasonality, and can assist you in placing seasonal produce at the heart of your menus. Using seasonal fresh produce is a great way to help reduce food costs, but at FINO’s we go one step further. We offer customers the opportunity to fix their prices for three up to six months at a time. This means that dishes can be accurately costed way in advance, with food margins protected.
